What motivates you (in your work)?
Accuracy, deadlines & improving service, not to meet expectations but to delight

Pet peeve unthankfulness (not waving to say thanks for polite driving) bad coffee (life’s too short).

Favourite drink?
G & T, coffee coffee coffee (depending on weather & time of day).

Can't live without?
My wonderful wife (Denise) and kids... and coffee!

Guilty pleasure?
Chocolate with coffee.

Favourite way to spend a day off?
Spending quality time with my kids and going for bushwalks.
