NEW GUIDANCE ON SMSF AUDITOR INDEPENDENCE

The ATO has released a guide on APES110 compliance which is now applicable (as of January 1st 2020).
You can use this guide to find out how to comply with the independence standards in (APES 110) Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (including Independence Standards) (2018) (the Code), which became effective on 1 January 2020.
